At eight this morning, Eastwood third graders loaded the busses and headed west. They were eagerly awaiting School Day at the K. The Fox 4 weather team presented weather trivia and science experiments. After their presentation, they played a little baseball. Students ate lunch in the parking lot, then reentered the stadium to watch the Royals and the White Sox battle it out. When we departed the game at 2:30, the score was 5 to 0, in Chicago's favor. The final score for the game was 8 to 3.
