This week the Eastwood Kinders read the book, A Day With a Mail Carrier, and learned about the Post Office. As part of our unit we each wrote a letter to a friend. On Friday, February 17, we walked to the Marshall Post Office to get an inside scoop of what happens inside. While we were there everyone got to put a stamp on their letter and mail it to their friend. We are super excited to get some mail of our own at home! Upon returning to school we wrote thank you cards to show our appreciation for the tour.
